Mask of conflict 4 is a Training Course for trainers, youth workers and peer leaders. It is about developing the competences of youth workers on conflict resolution and empathic communication through Gestalt Theatre and Gestalt approaches. A six day seminar to be held in Estonia from 29th January to 6th of February 2017.
