Art Contest for High School Students: “Solidarity in Action…”

The informal youth group “Let’s…” is launching an art contest titled “Solidarity in Action…” for high school students from the territory of the city of Belgrade.

The goal of the contest is to encourage young people to express themselves creatively and reflect on solidarity as a social value. We want to know: What does solidarity mean to high school students? How do they view the relationships between individuals and groups in their community, and how do they perceive the community’s response in times of crisis?

The contest “Solidarity in Action…” is part of the youth volunteer project “Two Toothbrushes”, implemented by the informal youth group “Let’s…” within the volunteer program “Youth Are the Law,” supported by the Center for Civic Action and financed by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Serbia.

The deadline for submission of artworks is February 20, 2019.
